Come on Board the Training Programme area of the Start Project
The START Training Programme creates a powerful tide forcing SME workers to deep dive into the currents of the green transition and digital transformation. Like skilled surfers, their goal is to ride these waves, re-evaluating their roles and responsibilities with the support of trainers acting as change agents.
The training programme was developed by the partners through two integrated activities:
- the REVIEW OF THE DESK-BASED NEEDS ANALYSIS that acted as a compass to orient the design of the training programme and identify its essential elements;
- the FIELD ANALYSIS, through a series of validation workshops with 50 SME workers, which created a dynamic vortex of engagement.
