Multiplier Events of the START Project
Innovation and Sustainability for Tourism
The events section provides an overview of the most significant moments from the Multiplier Events and the Final Event organised by the partnership during the last three months of the project. These events aimed to disseminate the results achieved, promote the products developed, and enhance the impact of the START project within different national contexts through discussions on the challenges of digital transformation and sustainability in the tourism sector.
These events played a central role in raising awareness among target groups and stakeholders about the opportunities to adopt the training solutions and tools developed within the START project. The goal was to expand their potential use in other and/or future initiatives at regional and national levels. In addition to engaging key stakeholders from the academic and business sectors, as well as policymakers, the Multiplier Events and the Final Event involved students, employees from tourism enterprises and related industries, social partners, VET actors, and representatives of the chamber system. This broad participation helped to foster dialogue and share best practices.
The adoption of the results will also be reinforced through networking and exchange activities and can continue through the cooperation agreements (MoUs) already in place between partners and other institutions. In particular, the network of trainers will continue to facilitate the sharing of practices for the benefit of new green-tech infusion coaches and support the development of an increasingly inclusive, innovative, and sustainability-oriented approach in the tourism sector.
